Maxar is seeking a Software as a Service (SaaS) Pricing Manager to support our enterprise product organization. This position will report to the Manager of Product Strategy and Pricing and will support product managers and the broader product organization with SaaS pricing market research, strategy, implementation and performance analysis. this position may be performed remotely from any U.S. location. The team is based in Westminster, CO. Infrequent travel to Maxar offices may be required of remote team members.

Responsibilities
- Develop and implement pricing strategies to maximize the company’s sales and market penetration and ensure long-term profitability objectives are met.
- Bring best practices for SaaS and Data as a Service pricing techniques.
- Provide a comprehensive view of the company's competitive pricing position and insight on the impact of pricing changes on profitability and growth rates.
- Use hypothesis-driven approach to develop business cases that align pricing and packaging with customer value and to drive growth.
- Help set vision, prioritization, and roadmap for global pricing initiatives, including pricing models and process improvements.
- Partner across application, go-to-market and finance teams to deliver strategic recommendations and analysis which drive growth.
- Identify actionable insights, suggest recommendations and influence the direction of our SaaS business lines.
- Actively engage with enterprise customers to understand their workflows and pain points around usage as they relate to price/value.
Minimum Requirements
- US Citizen or Permanent Resident
- Undergraduate degree, preferably in business, finance, or geospatial science
- 5+ years of Product Management, Product Marketing, or Business Management experience.
- 2 - 4 years of data analytics experience.
- Pricing strategy expertise: Demonstrated experience in monetization strategy and pricing/packaging optimization in B2B enterprise SaaS software.
- Prior experience in defining, executing, and bringing new B2B packaging and pricing to market.
- Strong knowledge of enterprise software/SaaS licensing usage reporting systems.
Preferred Qualifications
- Graduate degree in business
- Certified Pricing Professional Certificate
- Strong technical knowledge of data processing, warehousing, cloud computing and cloud-based data visualization and analysis tools.
- A passion for analyzing large, complex data sets and transforming them into business insights and recommendations.
- Comfort in a dynamic and fast-moving work environment.
- Ability to influence cross-functional teams and senior management across the organization to drive action.
- Satellite and/or earth observation industry experience.
