Job DescriptionUnder the generalsupervision of the Senior Associate Athletic Director, this role is responsiblefor supporting the ticket sales department including new lead generation,database entry and cleansing, and identifying best practices within the CRMsystem. This position will be responsible for providing support to themarketing and ticket operations teams, as it pertains to advertising andpricing analytics. This individual will hold a central role in all stages ofthe data interpretation and strategy/pricing processes as well.
Serve asCRM Manager:
Responsible for working with the sales team to support day-to-day Salesforce administration including data entry, data cleansing, user support and training.
Collaborate with sales representatives to understand CRM usage and data requests.
Train new sales representatives on CRM functionality and best ways to utilize the system.
Support analysis and recommendations on Season Ticket Member, single game buyer and Group ticket buyer buying behaviors, customer segment analyses and ticket pricing.
Build consumer-friendly reports and dashboards to convey data and results of analyses in CRM.
Serve as Pricing Analyst:
Determining how to price inventory most effectively utilizing relevant data algorithms and analytics
Recognizing trends and implementing pricing changes across specific inventory
Creating and managing several types of sales and data reports
Analyze sales data to provide actionable insight to generate incremental revenue.
RequirementsBachelor's Degree from an accredited college/university required
6 months-2 Years of experience in data-driven industry or job function
Familiarity with CRM systems preferred
