A Day in the Life
The Associate Contract Analyst provides reports and analytical support to the Commercial Contracting and Strategic Partnerships and Channels teams, as well as internal and external customers. You will ensure analysis and reporting is efficient, accurate and timely. Aids in the preparation of contractual provisions. Facilitation & Administration of contract proposals. Performs a variety of tasks with supervision.
Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned.
Aids in the preparation of contractual provisions
Facilitation & Administration of contract proposals
Perform standard concepts, practices & procedures
Recommends changes to current sales techniques, procedures, and creates or builds new tools/databases to assist in efficient Operations
Prepare sales forecasts and collects and analyzes data to evaluate sales.
Recommends changes to accommodate market changes/shifts and new trends
Participant to Kaizen Events as CORE Team member and/or Project Lead for process improvement
Develop on experience and relies on judgment to plan & accomplish goals with supervision
Performs a variety of tasks while working under supervision
A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected in problem solving
Create Gross Profit & Sales analysis reports and Price Lists
Provide Information for Presentations on a broad range
Conduit of the supply chain for distributors
Maintain Websites and Contract Databases
Execute internal control policies & good documentation practices
Participates in Audits
Provides direction to the Contracts Department
Manages amendment process
Supports Legal department – requests & inquiries
Liaison for resolving all customer inquiries/requests within a 24 hour period
Must Have: Minimum Requirements
Bachelors degree required

Creating and producing all departments reporting for database maintenance & presentation material
Downloading & Processing data from sales history

Demonstrated ability to coordinate/manage multiple projects simultaneously
