As a Senior Transfer Pricing Analyst, you will provide advice to superiors and managers to support financial activities and general projects for a more narrowly defined scope in a Finance Specialty area by preparing analysis or reporting with particular emphasis on accuracy, compliance and timeliness of data provided.
Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to: * Analyzing legal entity and segment/product profitability financial documents to understand how actual results are trending versus projection/benchmarks. * Partnering with Finance and IT to acquire an understanding of information systems and collect data to independently identify and analyze various aspects of intercompany transactions. * Reviewing intercompany prices for tangible goods and working with supply chain personnel to ensure the ongoing maintenance of pricing conditions/rules in the core ERP systems. * Preparing financial analysis of intercompany invoices for royalties, services and other required charges. * Compiling transaction level data for required IRS tax compliance. * Undertaking research and analysis of external companies for benchmarking analyses. * Performing analyses of Business Development & Licensing Deals for assessment of benchmarks from internal transactions. * Updating key facts incorporated in transfer pricing analyses through written and oral communications. * Staying up to date on global transfer pricing, international tax, indirect tax and internal business developments. * Developing presentations for colleagues and other teams within the company. * Supporting tax compliance team with ad-hoc data analysis.
