The Role: Senior Product Pricing Analyst The Location: London, United Kingdom
The Team: Our product management team is the conscience of the business supporting profitable growth in line with strategic expectations, and we are looking for someone to establish our team of Pricing Analysts.
The Impact: Due to the changing landscape of our clients in the commodities markets, we need a specialist to help guide the development of our product pricing data models, inform global pricing strategies, interrogate results and more broadly enable better, evidence based decision making across our commercial teams.

Responsibilities: - Continuous development of the product pricing methodology and associated rules such as with discounts and exception handling - Ensure that the core processes of the new pricing and packaging model are in alignment with the strategic aims - Implement the required interfaces with other functions to support the pricing and packaging model - Implement the pricing methodology/formula that will generate the set of future pricing and packaging price books - Specify the logic that determines the price generated for any given customer(s)/product(s) - Create and maintain formula definitions, discount rules and any threshold limits that apply - Define price exception handling - Translate over-arching pricing and packaging goals into clear process flows that support pricing and packaging governance - Coordinate the required P&P interfaces with other systems
What We're Looking For: Basic Qualifications: - Experience with sophisticated pricing models in a value driven environment - Experience in data/information products and commodities/financial industries are an advantage. - Highly analytical and logical - Strong exposure to and use of Excel, Alteryx and SQL based tools - Ability to create ETLs for financial data sets - Ability to create visualizations of data in Tableau - Clear communicator with strong presentation skills, can explain complicated concepts in layman's terms to senior leaders - Ability to build buy-in from disparate functions and ensure they comply with process flows
Preferred Qualifications: - MSc in Economics or Management & Strategy - Strong background dealing with financial data
