Zilliant sells AI enabled Software as a Service products to help our customers maximize profitable growth and customer lifetime value. Our primary solution is focused on price optimization for B2B manufacturers and distributors - whether eCommerce, spot or contract. Our other solutions identify opportunities for cross sell and recovery, enable contract management, point out cost reduction opportunities and more.
Our growth has created an opening for a Pricing Consultant to engage with a portfolio of existing customers worth $2M to $3M in annual revenue to help them maximize the ongoing value they receive from Zilliant.
This consultant will work as a member of our Customer Success team and will be responsible for the collaborative creation with our customers of annual Success Plans and the organized execution of these plans. This execution in turn leads to value for our customer and renewal of annual subscription for Zilliant.
Conduct of periodic business reviews onsite at our customer locations allows us to convey progress, share analytical insights demonstrate value.
Consultant may manage small projects with our customers from time to time - e.g. change management efforts or enhancements to our deployed solutions and will partner with our Professional Services (software implementation) teams to implement significant projects
Consultant will partner with our Sales teams to determine other ways we can provide value for our customers and to help position these expansions.
Pricing knowledge, analytical capability, a commercial mindset and the ability to work with and present to audiences from pricing analyst to CEO will make the consultant successful.

The successful applicant will have a strong combination of the following experience:
Pricing in a B2B environment for 3+ years
Experience operating in a project environment - preferably with some project management experience.
Consulting experience - with a "Big 5" or pricing specialty firm. Certain multi-BU internal experience may also be applicable.
Experience working with and analyzing substantial data sets to find insights, make recommendations and drive business impact.
Change management experience - especially as it pertains to affecting sales organization behaviors.
Organizational skills to keep multiple customer efforts moving forward effectively
Interpersonal skills to allow positive, ongoing credible interaction with a variety of customers
Telecommuting is allowed. Employer will assist with relocation costs.
Additional Salary Information: Compensation for this position includes both base salary and a significant variable component tied to subscription renewal.
