Avionics Services Worldwide (ASW), part of Thales Avionics is in charge, on a worldwide basis, of all support and services related to Thales Avionics civil avionics equipment. ASW serve all civil market segments in the air transport, regional, business and helicopter markets and offer a full range of product and solutions for Optimized Airline Operations to our Customers (Airlines and Operators, Lessors, Aircraft Manufacturers, MROs, Brokers).
ASW team is seeking a highly motivated individual with a comprehensive background in pricing for the role of Pricing Analyst. You will directly reporting to ASW, M&S Director in charge of maintenance solutions. Your role will be to propose a pricing strategy for the domain of repairs and piece parts.
Main job responsibilities include: - Serve as the expert for business growth thru differentiated pricing strategy - Collect and manage information on market prices - Analyze evolutions of prices and sales, market trend - Participate in activities connected with the segmentation of our customers base - Position prices according to the type of product, its life cycle, its recognized value, its competitive situation - Support M&S people in charge of repairs and piece parts activities to determine an optimal price to maximize sales and results - Work on the price optimization application tool and identify required development - Participate in the community pricing of Thales Group

MSc degree in the field of science, business or finance.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar function (pricing analysis, business analysis, customer analyst) - Knowledge of aeronautical maintenance market is a plus - Excellent knowledge in data analysis and associated tools - Strong communications skills - Strong capacity to be prioritized - Shape solutions out of complexity - Perform through Cooperation - Influence Key Stakeholders
